Course Overview

This Level 6 programme is aimed at those with a Foundation Degree in Working with Children and Young People, Early Years, Primary Education, Healthcare Play Specialism or in a related field. It will extend and develop further skills and learning to meet Government’s policy of developing dynamic, high quality practitioners across the children and young people’s workforce.

The course will provide you with a supportive learning environment that will develop your academic and interpersonal skills, enhance self- awareness, encourage personal and career growth and establish a foundation for lifelong learning. This BA Honours Degree is validated by the University of West London.

Hold a Foundation Degree in a related subject. Have a level 2 qualification in maths and English

You will attend college all day on a Friday from 9am until 4pm for one year

Your work will be assessed through a range of formative and summative methods including poster and oral presentations, essays, annotated essay plans, research project proposal and a dissertation.
