Research:

  • Find the definition of the following terms - sole trader, partnership, private limited company, public limited company, limited liability, unlimited liability.
  • Research and make notes on the following theory; Blake Moutons managerial / leadership grid. Have a drawing of the grid as well as an explanation of what it shows and how it is used by businesses.
  • Research and explain the ‘Product Life Cycle’. Each stage of the life cycle needs to be explained in terms of what strategies a business should be using at each stage. Examples should be used where possible.
