What is Land-based engineering?

Although farming and food production is a major focus, the land-based engineering industry extends into everything from the countryside and forestry to sports grounds and open spaces. This qualification could start you off on the first steps on your journey to an exciting and rewarding career.

Additional skills you will develop in this course are teamwork, working the outdoors, problem-solving and analytical and IT skills. You will also be able to develop employability skills alongside gaining confidence in becoming an independent learner.
