We use practical hands-on teaching along with underpinning knowledge from trained professionals both within the College and from the industry.
Whilst on the apprenticeship programme you will get the opportunity to work in a variety of situations and locations. We make full use of the 400-acre historic estate and the grade 2 listed parks and gardens to practice in and develop your skills in line with industry requirements.
Our apprentices work in exciting careers across the country including botanical and historic gardens, conservation trusts, garden centres, landscape teams, green roof companies, National Trust properties or their own businesses.
