The latest series of Adult leisure course taster sessions will be held this summer at Windsor College.
With five sessions on offer, the taster sessions present the perfect opportunity to explore a new hobby.
These sessions are open to everyone, whether you have previous experience or not, and will be led by our experienced course tutors.
All sessions will run at Windsor College (SL4 3AZ), between 10am to 1pm.

ADULT LEISURE COURSE TASTER SESSIONS
Introduction to Pottery
Wednesday 6th August – £50
During this taster session you will be introduced to the basic hand-building processes used in pottery, including pinching, coiling and slab building.

Introduction to British Sign Language
Friday 8th August – £40
British Sign Language (BSL) is a visual language with its own unique grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. Using Gestures BSL involves handshapes, facial expressions, and body language to communicate. It is the most common sign language used in the UK. The taster course will introduce you to information that would start your journey of learning.

Introduction to Sewing
Friday 8th August – £40
This is the perfect sewing course for you if you are a complete beginner wishing to have an introduction to using a sewing machine. The class will include looking at threading, bobbin filling, correct thread tension, with tips on troubleshooting and how avoid common user errors.

Cake Decorating: Basic Piping Skills
Wednesday 6th August – £50
A perfect introduction to the basics of piping, including making the icing, filling a piping bag, and piping skills – rosettes, swirls, shells and scrolls. An introduction to the variety of piping nozzles and the range of designs they can create.
