Pensions
Windsor Forest Colleges Group offers generous defined benefit pension schemes that provide a guaranteed retirement income based on salary and length of service.

Teaching staff join the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) with a 28.68% employer contribution.

Support staff join the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) with a 27.1% employer contribution, reviewed every three years.
Both schemes offer long-term financial security, and eligible staff can opt in to benefit from these contributions.
Generous Annual Leave
Holiday entitlement is among the best in the sector, ranging from 38 to 65 days depending on role, pro-rated for part-time staff. This includes eight bank holidays, plus 5 additional discretionary College closure days over the winter break.
