This course is designed for anyone who is required to carry out the safe isolation of low voltage electrical systems as part of their work activities. It provides delegates with the knowledge and practical skills needed to safely isolate single and three-phase electrical installations, helping to reduce the risk of electric shock, injury, and damage.

The course covers the key requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, including Regulations 3, 12, 13, 14, and 16, ensuring delegates understand their legal responsibilities when working on or near electrical systems.

On successful completion, delegates will receive a Certificate of Achievement in Safe Isolation of Low Voltage Electrical Systems. The certificate is valid for five years.

This course is taught at the Slough & Langley College campus in Langley, Berkshire, with access to industry-standard facilities and industry-experienced tutors.
