The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is proud to share the exciting news that Slough & Langley College has been selected as one of the final three national finalists for The Bell Foundation Award for Excellence in ESOL at the highly respected Association of Colleges (AoC) Beacon Awards.
This achievement follows our recent Commended Status and further highlights the exceptional quality, dedication, and impact of our ESOL provision. Reaching the finalist stage places us among the very best ESOL teams in the country – a reflection of the outstanding work happening every day across our colleges.
Our ESOL team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure learners feel supported, included, and empowered to thrive both academically and personally. This national recognition is a testament to their expertise, passion, and commitment, as well as the hard work and resilience of our students.
We extend our warmest congratulations to all the staff and learners who contribute to making our ESOL community so strong and vibrant. Being named in the top three is a remarkable honour, and we eagerly look forward to the final outcome of this year’s awards in December.
