Job title: Horticulture Apprentice

Location: Oxford (OX33 1JZ)

You can be working in ornamental gardens and learning about all aspects of running a horticultural tourist attraction, including areas in fruit, small nursery and plant centre.
It will involve working with the Garden Shop customers, taking cuttings, apple picking, weeding, cutting down, watering, mowing, planting, hedge trimming, tractor driving.

Please Note:
This apprenticeship will begin in January 2026 and is based on-site at Waterperry Gardens, so we are seeking local applicants only who can easily travel to the location.
We are unable to accept applications from anyone currently in full-time education or still completing their GCSEs.
Applicants must be available to work full-time and ready to begin an apprenticeship programme from the start date.
