We provide a calm, structured environment where students are encouraged to explore their interests, rebuild confidence, and develop their talents at a pace that works for them. Our approach combines academic learning with the development of essential life skills, positive behaviours and employability skills. Small group sizes, personalised support and understanding staff help students to thrive, particularly those who may have struggled in traditional school settings or through home education.

At 14–16 College, we focus on progression, wellbeing and future readiness. We support every learner to grow in confidence, rediscover their love of learning and take positive steps towards GCSEs, vocational qualifications, further education or employment.

The 14-16 course programmes provide nationally-recognised qualifications which combine practical skills development and academic content, highly valued by employers and effective at fast-tracking students into work.
