Course Overview

This is a course for those who have completed at least 4 years of study in Spanish to a high level, such as A level/Higher Intermediate/Advanced or the equivalent and wish to continue improving their spoken language skills in a structured way. You should be able to read and understand original texts such as newspapers and speak confidently on a variety of topics.

This course is taught at the Windsor College campus in Windsor, Berkshire, with access to specialist facilities and knowledgeable teaching staff.

Entry Requirements

Satisfactory completion of Spanish A Level or equivalent.

Course information

During the course, you will have opportunities to talk about a wide range of subjects from news and current events to Hispanic culture and civilization.

The aim is to develop language skills in an occupational or more general context.

Each week you will develop and improve your communication skills through conversations and debates in class using authentic documents from the internet, news etc.

You will also have the opportunity to re-visit language structures by studying grammar rules in genuine contexts

2 hours per week, 25 weeks
