Congratulations to our Group Head of Digital Skills, Roddy Peters, who has won the inaugural Google Vids Education Film Festival!
Roddy, who is a Google for Education Champion, partnered with Judy Keller, a Technology Training Specialist from Pennsylvania, to create an education video focused on media literacy called Detective Game: Spot the Fake News!
The Festival was a global competition highlighting how educators are using Vids. There were more than 100 submissions from 20 different countries, covering a variety of topics ranging from video explainers to professional development content to stories for the classroom and more.
