How has having an apprentice/apprentices in your team improved it?
Having apprentices has brought a renewed energy, which has boosted team morale and productivity. This is especially evident when operational teams pair with apprentices that have a willingness to learn. It also allows us to develop future talent tailored to our business needs.
In your opinion, what do you think makes a successful apprentice?
A successful apprentice is curious, proactive, willing to learn. Being open to feedback and committed to both personal and professional growth are also factors that influence the speed of development.
What do you think of Chris and Oliver, the skills coaches who work with you and your apprentices?
Chris Gallifent and Oliver Scarlett have both been supportive, approachable, and proactive in helping both the apprentices stay on track. Their guidance has been key to our apprentice’s development.
