Strode's has an excellent record for achieving great results in a welcoming and supportive learning environment. 

Sixth Form Results 2019

  • Students achieved a 99% pass rate at advanced level in our Sixth Form - 98% for A Levels and once again 100% for our BTEC courses. 
  • An impressive 56% of results were high grades (A*-B and D*D), an upward trend over the last two years
  • The EPQ qualification, much valued by universities, achieved another 100% pass rate for the third consecutive year.
  • All our BTEC programmes achieved 100% pass rate, with 71% achieving D*D
  • We are the only college locally (along with our sister college in Windsor) to allow students to combine BTECs and A Levels - improving university options.

Successful students this year are going to a range of impressive universities including to name a few:

  • Imperial College London
  • University College London
  • The University of Warwick
  • Ravensbourne University

Ofsted 2019

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group was visited by Ofsted under its new inspection framework, which saw a team of 11 inspectors explore all aspects of teaching, learning, support and outcomes at each of the colleges. The report which was published on 6 January 2020 rated the colleges as ‘Good’ for overall effectiveness and ‘Good’ in all other inspection areas covering quality, behaviour, personal development, leadership, education for young people, adult learning and apprenticeships.
