  • Prepare and cook food by deep frying and shallow frying
  • Regeneration of pre-prepared food
  • Cold food preparation

Bench Joinery Diploma Level 2

In this course you will learn intermediate joinery techniques. Including using all the hand tools and static machinery to a high industry standard. You will produce a portfolio consisting of 8 units assessed by practical demonstration and theory exams.
