What's covered?

If your main interest in French centres on the pleasures of using a language at an advanced level, this is the course for you. We will be focusing on small group discussion, work covering the personal experiences of the group as well as topical issues such as current affairs and contemporary social issues, the arts, and sport.

The aim of this course is to consolidate the language skills already acquired through earlier study and to develop students' proficiency in the spoken language at a high level. The course allows participants to discuss ideas and topics of general current interest in an informal and supportive atmosphere.
