What do you need?

Students should have completed the City & Guilds Level 1.

How you are assessed

This course continues your level of qualification in Welding and Fabrication with practical sessions students complete test pieces in their chosen options.

How Long?

34 weeks. One year, one evening per week on 6.00 - 9.30 p.m. Day to be agreed.

What course next?

Welding and Fabrication Practice Level 3 or Qualification can be used as evidence towards NVQ.

What could this lead to?

The Awards and Certificates could help you develop your welding and fabrication career further and take on jobs that require more specialist skills. After successful completion of this qualification you can progress on to a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Fabrication and Welding Engineering or a Level 3 Award in Advanced Welding.
