Course Overview

This free practical 2-hour session is designed for parents of children aged 5-7, to give an overview of how Maths is taught in Primary Schools.

It will cover some of the key principles of developing children’s conceptual understanding through the use of practical resources and visual aids and you will receive a pack to take home.

The course will also signpost parents to further resources to enable them to help their children with their homework.

Entry Requirements

A basic command of the English Language at E3 level preferably.

Course information

There is no formal assessment, but we hope that parents will be able to provide feedback on their learning experience.

1 x 2 hour taster session.
