A practical course where you will learn to recognise different historical styles, develop a portfolio and sketchbook which will include drawings, room surveys, layouts, mood and sample boards.
The course entails elements of visual research, sampling, colour scheming, drawing, plans and elevations, and principles of good practice in interior design.

Course information
This course contains some lectures and demonstrations and is mainly practical. During the course you will build a portfolio of work and gain experience of Interior Design and Styling. Work will be verified internally. There is an option to gain accreditation through the British Display Society for an additional cost of £25 approx.
