This is a ten-week course for people interested in finding out what Tai Chi is, as well as for those wishing to learn and practice more advanced forms and movements.

Tai Chi is an ancient and gentle form of exercise that is suitable for people of all ages. It consists of slow movements, accompanied by natural breathing, that help to develop both physical strength and mental well being

Tai Chi helps to improve co-ordination, concentration, cardio vascular fitness and general flexibility. It is sometimes referred to as a 'walking meditation', and this meditative aspect of Tai Chi helps to relax the mind, lift the spirits and promote a feeling of general wellbeing.
